Hidden Handle Design
The GW80 hidden handle sits flush within the sash, giving the window a cleaner architectural appearance with minimal projection. It is designed to blend into the frame rather than stand out, helping keep the overall finish slim, sharp and modern. The aluminium handle is finished to match the frame and gives a premium, tactile feel when opening and closing.
Flush Modern Finish
Designed with a flush sash, concealed hinges and optional flush trickle vents, the GW80 gives a neat, minimal look from inside and outside. The system is available in standard colours including 7016M, 9005M and 9016G, plus over 150 RAL finishes, textured finishes, split internal/external colours, wood-effect powder coating and anodised aluminium.
Thermal Performance
The GW80 is a thermally broken aluminium casement window with a 32mm thermal break, high insulation foam and glazing capacity up to 28mm. It offers excellent weather performance, including Class 4 air permeability, Class E1200 water tightness and CE 2400 wind resistance, with security testing passed. Double glazing achieves Uw from 1.4 W/m²K, with triple-28 options from 1.0 W/m²K.
Large Sash Sizes
The GW80 allows generous opening sizes for a modern aluminium casement system, with side-hung sashes up to 1000mm wide x 1600mm high and top-hung sashes up to 1600mm wide x 1600mm high. Maximum sash weights are 50kg for side-hung and 60kg for top-hung openings.
Hidden Handle
The GW80 Hidden Handle is built into the sash so the hardware sits flush with the frame, rather than projecting out like a standard window handle. This gives the window a much cleaner, more architectural look, with less visual interruption across the frame line.
The handle is precision-engineered from aluminium and finished to match the frame colour, so it feels like part of the window rather than an added component. It keeps the overall appearance slim and minimal while still giving a comfortable grip for everyday opening and closing.

The hidden handle helps the GW80 look sharper, more refined and more premium, while still delivering the strength, durability and smooth operation required from a modern aluminium casement window.
Large Sash Sizes
The GW80 Casement Window is designed to achieve larger opening sash sizes while keeping a clean, slim aluminium appearance. This makes it suitable for modern projects where the aim is to maximise natural light, ventilation and glass area without using bulky window framing.
For side-hung openings, the GW80 can achieve sash sizes up to 1000mm wide x 1600mm high, giving a tall, slim opening window with a generous clear opening. For top-hung openings, the system can achieve up to 1600mm wide x 1600mm high, allowing wider landscape-style casement windows with strong ventilation and a modern architectural look.
The system is also designed to handle practical sash weights, with side-hung sashes up to 50kg and top-hung sashes up to 60kg. This helps support larger glass areas while maintaining smooth operation, security and long-term reliability.
Flush Vents
The GW80 uses flush trickle vents built into the aluminium frame, so there is no need for bulky add-on vents. This keeps the window cleaner, sharper and more premium from both inside and outside.
